Meet David from A2O Group - a man looking to work smart and hard…
The Problem: A majority of the client’s customers had come prior projects and close contacts and with a management team that focussed their time on-site it was challenging to scale sales up without investing into new salespeople which take time to train and money to invest in.
The Objective: Access more potential customers for A2O Hoarding without the need to hire new salespeople. This also included re-engaging with older customers to renew relationships for future projects.
Metric of Success:
- Get on to more tender lists with larger name clients so A2O had a better chance of winning business if they were involved in the initial tender opportunity
- Focus on Quantity Surveyors, Managing Surveyors and Estimators.
- Time our outreach messages incredibly well that we get in front of decision-makers with an active project ready to be quoted on.
- Build up a database of key contacts whether interested today or in the future so that these can be allocated to the correct funnel within the client’s CRM for future projects.

Thanks David,
We don’t get involved too much with site hoarding but when working with a particular developer we are required to hoard their compound, painted in their colours.
If you could give me your email address I will send you over a compound layout for you to price against if that is okay?

Hi Rachel, just seen your messages. We do have a temporary accommodation Air Conditioning system on our site. How much would you usually charge for servicing of 22nr splits?

Conor Harris

Hi Rachel.
It would appear I’ve tempted fate! The job I’m pricing has now requested for electrical site temps for the project I am pricing. Its a small project in
Wimbledon with approx 18 week full programme. They’ve asked for festoon lighting, 10kva transformers and howler fire alarm system. Have you got an email I can send the project information pack to ?
Kind regards

Caroline Payton

Hi Rachel,
Many thanks for your email below – this may have come at quite a timely manner to be honest!
First things first-quick query. On the HVAC side of things – do you supply and install air source heat pumps at all? If yes – are you PAS accredited?
Kind regards

Aaron Johnson

Hi Ricardo,
I am just picking up on your email to Nicola. She is on annual leave at the moment. Perhaps we could have a teams call together and maybe meet for a coffee at a later date?
Thanks

Adam

Hi Ricardo,
Thanks for getting in touch, we are always open to extending our network. Are you a building contractor and Project managers? From your website, I can see you are based in North London. Most of the work we do is in Surrey and Wandsworth. Do you work on residential work around Surrey?
Kind regards,

David

Indeed, that consent was quite a negotiation, particularly to obtain consent for the increased height of the new dwellings with rooms in the roofs. Such planning/design challenges are a fairly typical fixture of my practice which is split between one-off projects with private clients and repeat work with a roster of developer clients. You can see a selected suite of projects on my website www.bchitecture.com though these are mainly theprivate projects.
I’m not clear whether you are looking more for an architect or for projects for your own enterprise, but as our world generally works both may be possible. I would be happy to meet for a coffee especially as we are located in the same part of North London!
Kind regards
Jim Biek

Sequencing automated and personalised messages that engaged the prospect in a non- salesy way and asked qualifying questions. The chasers were also automated and is on average 42% of the reason salespeople don’t get through to the decision maker after giving up on attempt number one.
Subject to account flexibility and compliance, we were able to achieve up to 150-200 connections per week.
When the client began, he had 320 connections and now has over 2,000 connections for industry-related decision makers.
